Is shipping free?

Shipping is FREE for orders to the US and the EU.

For all other countries, shipping is a flat rate of $20.

Please note that local customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country and are outside SOULIA's control.

What's the delivery time?

SOULIA shoes are delivered in 3 to 5 weeks from when your foot scan is completed.

This timeline reflects a one-of-a-kind process: unlike mass-produced shoes, every pair is manufactured only after you order it.

You'll receive an email update at each step of production.

What material are your shoes made from?

Every SOULIA shoe is 3D-printed in zellerFOAM®, a TPU material developed specifically for 3D-printed footwear.

It offers:

  • Enhanced hygiene: breathable, machine washable, and odor-resistant.

Which countries do you ship to?

SOULIA shipp globally, though some regions might have specific restrictions or additional shipping times.

Currently, all orders are being printed and shipped directly from Zellerfeld's printer farms in Austin, Texas (USA) and Hamburg, Germany.

What's your return policy?

General returns or exchanges are not accepted, since every pair is manufactured specifically to the exact scan of your feet.

If your shoes arrive with a manufacturing defect or a genuine fit issue, please contact our partner Zellerfeld directly through their Contact Form.

They handle all post-issue support, and every case is reviewed individually to ensure you get a fit that truly works.

How do I care for my shoes?

Caring for SOULIA shoes is simple, thanks to the zellerFOAM® material:

  • Daily cleaning: wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Deep cleaning: machine wash on a delicate cycle between 30-40°C (86-104°F), wrapped in a towel to protect them. Use a mild detergent and avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Drying: air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight and any heat source above 60°C (140°F).

How do I track my order?

You'll receive email updates as your order moves through production with our manufacturing partner, Zellerfeld:

  • Notification 1: Your order is sent to their 3D-printing facility.
  • Notification 2: Production of your shoes begins.
  • Notification 3: Printing is complete and quality control is carried out.
