How to scan my feet?

It’s simple!

All you need is a smartphone and a sheet of paper.

As soon as your order is confirmed on our partner Zellerfeld’s platform, a link appears on their thank-you page that takes you directly to the scan.

There’s no app to download. Everything happens right in your web browser. As long as your phone has a camera, you’re all set.

The scan takes just 2 minutes and guarantees a custom fit that’s much more precise than a standard shoe size.

What material is used?

Symbiose[01] is printed using zellerFOAM®, a TPU specially developed for 3D-printed footwear that offers exceptional flexibility, lightness, and support.

This material is also breathable, washable, and odor-resistant.
Do you ship to all countries?

Yes, delivery is available worldwide, although certain regions may have specific restrictions or additional delivery times.

Currently, all orders are shipped from our partner Zellerfeld’s 3D printing facilities, located in Austin, Texas, and Hamburg, Germany.
What is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks.

Each Symbiose[01] is one-of-a-kind. Custom production begins as soon as we receive your scan.

Our partner Zellerfeld will keep you informed via email at every stage of production.
Do you accept returns?

The manufacturing process is based on a custom fit tailored to the shape of your feet.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you discover a defect or issue upon receiving the product, our partner Zellerfeld is available to assist you in finding a solution.
Is shipping free?

Shipping is FREE to the United States and the European Union.

For other countries, a flat rate of $20 applies.

Please note that customs duties or local taxes beyond our control may apply depending on your country.
How do I wash my Symbiose[01]?

For quick daily cleaning, simply wipe your shoes with a damp cloth.

For a thorough cleaning, you can machine-wash them on a delicate cycle between 30 and 40°C, with a towel to protect them.

Always use a mild soap and avoid harsh chemicals at all costs.

Finally, let them air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight and any heat source exceeding 60°C.
How do I track my order?

Our partner Zellerfeld keeps you informed via email as your order progresses through their workshops.

You’ll receive a first notification when the order is sent to the 3D printing facilities.

Then a second one when production of your shoes begins.

And finally, a third one when the printing process is complete.

A rigorous quality control check is then conducted to ensure everything is perfect.

Once this final step is approved, your order is shipped, and you’ll receive a link to track your delivery in real time.
Who should I contact if I need help?

In order to efficiently centralize inquiries, please report any issues that arise after your purchase directly on our partner Zellerfeld’s platform using their Contact form.

This direct channel is essential, as they are solely responsible for production and logistics.

The SOULIA team is, of course, always available to assist you if you would like advice on a specific inquiry prior to your purchase.
Is the scan suitable for pathologies?

The technology provided by our partner Zellerfeld makes it possible to design a custom-made shoe tailored to the natural length, width, and height of each foot.

Although the scan offers a unique level of customization, it does not account for specific orthopedic or medical corrections.

These conditions require expertise and complex adjustments that are not currently incorporated into the process.
